Recreation and CRPA Program Supervisor

The Recreation and CRPA Program Supervisor role is onsite in Staten Island, NY. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. New Broadview Manor supports residents with recreation, engagement, and recovery-focused programming. The supervisor plans and oversees activities and recovery-focused events while supporting and supervising Peer Advocates/CRPAs. The role helps create an engaging, recovery-oriented environment and coordinates resident programming with clinical, administrative, and facility teams.

What you'll do

• Plan and oversee recreation and recovery-focused programs, activities, trips, art projects, groups, and resident engagement
• develop relationships with community organizations and recreational venues
• supervise and support Peer Advocates/CRPAs
• coordinate programming with clinical, administrative, and facility teams
• monitor attendance and participation
• ensure timely and accurate documentation
• assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring peer staff
• communicate program needs to leadership.
