What you'll do

• Clean and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• sanitize kitchen tools and the dishwashing area
• prepare the station for service
• assist with opening and closing procedures
• follow safety protocols for dishes and chemicals
• manage trash and waste disposal
• prepare ingredients and support kitchen staff during busy periods
• report equipment issues.
