Sizer Operator — Day Shift

The Sizer Operator role is an onsite, full-time position in Reedley, CA; compensation is not specified. Moonlight Companies’ packing operations process fruit for packing and shipment. The operator helps maintain accurate fruit sizing and pack styles by preparing and coordinating the packing line, communicating with production staff, and supporting a safe, clean, consistent workflow.

What you'll do

• Complete pre-operation checklists
• set up the packing line according to pack instructions
• ensure wax and fungicide are distributed during production
• report line maintenance issues
• coordinate breaks and lunch rotations
• communicate with the packing plant manager, sticker operator, bin loader, packaging lead, floor supervisor, and quality control
• maintain a safe and clean work environment and encourage use of required safety equipment.
