Dental Assistant — Pediatric Dentistry

The Dental Assistant role is onsite in Issaquah, WA, with pay of $24–$28 per hour depending on experience. Eastside Pediatric Dental Group provides pediatric dental care focused on comfortable experiences for children and families. The assistant supports chairside care and clinic operations so pediatric visits proceed safely and smoothly. The role helps children feel at ease, supports the dental team during procedures, and communicates with families about oral hygiene and post-operative care.

What you'll do

• Prepare patients for treatment
• assist chairside with restorative procedures and pediatric care
• perform coronal polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants within scope
• take digital X-rays and impressions
• sterilize instruments and disinfect operatories
• assist with four-handed and six-handed dentistry
• educate families on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• chart treatment notes
• support setup, infection control, and room turnover
• participate in scheduled Friday rotations and occasional Friday patient-care days.

Why this role
