• arrange cargo pickup and trucking schedules
• book airline cargo space
• obtain and negotiate freight and trucking rates
• prepare export documents and ensure customs compliance
• arrange transfer to airlines
• track shipments
• send shipping information and status updates
• maintain customer information under TSA regulations
• issue invoices
• coordinate with internal departments and overseas agents
• may assist import CFS on weekends.
