What you'll do

• Create and manage special-diet menus for students with allergies or medical conditions
• ensure menus meet compliance standards using internal menu software
• collaborate with the child nutrition team
• train staff on food allergy procedures and program compliance
• lead student nutrition education initiatives
• conduct internal audits and support USDA school meal program compliance
• research and apply for grants
• participate in community events as needed.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree and Registered Dietitian credential required; master’s degree preferred. Two to three years of professional experience, Microsoft Office experience, proficient computer skills, and a Food Handlers Certificate are required.
