What you'll do

• Manage and supervise assigned store areas and learn all phases of store operations
• lead company practices, review store reports, communicate variances, and ensure associate scheduling and cleaning tasks. Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing associates
• monitor expenses and payroll hours
• support safety meetings and emergency procedures
• coach retail associates on customer service
• maintain store presentation and housekeeping
• oversee merchandise recovery, sizing, markdowns, and processing
• and support loss prevention and inventory activities.
