What you'll do

• Scale, mix, shape, proof, and bake artisanal breads and sourdoughs
• follow recipes and production standards
• manage bake schedules and oven capacity
• maintain and clean bakery equipment
• complete production logs and inventory checks
• monitor ingredient levels
• follow food safety, allergen handling, labeling, and sanitation procedures
• support catering and private events.
