Shift Manager

The Shift Manager role is onsite in Fresno, CA, with pay of $21–$23.10 per hour. The manager works under the Restaurant Manager and leads restaurant shifts. What you'll do

• Oversee shifts and direct team members
• uphold food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, security, and customer-service standards
• manage operational costs and cash handling
• set up registers and support smooth shift transitions
• complete shift reports and documentation
• train team members when requested
• take on level-specific inventory, food-ordering, labor, and mentoring responsibilities.
