What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter
• monitor access points
• report unusual conditions and policy violations
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs.
