Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs, including basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, fixture and door repairs, and lighting repairs.
• Handle furniture and fixture tasks, light replacement, custodial support, grounds maintenance, and seasonal snow removal.
• Monitor custodial vendors, organize supplies and equipment, maintain logs, coordinate outside repair vendors, maintain the company truck, and make customer deliveries when required.
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
