The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Clarksville, TN, with a starting pay range of $29.85–$34.25 per hour for qualified candidates. Hankook Manufacturing’s Facilities Technology Team supports the operation of assigned manufacturing units. The technician performs preventive, shutdown, and repair maintenance to keep equipment and facilities operating. The role diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, documents maintenance work, and supports safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What you'll do

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance safely
• document maintenance activities in the company system
• support continuous improvement programs including 5S
• maintain knowledge of machines and preventive maintenance guidelines
• work from blueprints, sketches, or specifications
• weld and fabricate as required
• diagnose equipment and machinery problems
• use computer systems for electrical and PLC diagnostics.
