What you'll do

• Lead operational performance across two to three depots
• manage and develop Operations Supervisors
• ensure vehicles are ready, safe, clean, and available for customer check-ins and check-outs
• monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
• manage labor, scheduling, productivity, and expenses
• coordinate staffing
• ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed
• resolve escalated issues
• implement processes and district initiatives
• report performance and resource needs
• visit depots weekly or fortnightly and complete at least one frontline shift monthly
• maintain weekend and holiday availability when operationally necessary
• travel frequently between assigned depots.
