The Field Sales Coordinator — Medical Devices role is onsite in Rosedale, MD, with regular driving throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Annual compensation is $55,000–$65,000. OEM Medical Solutions manages medical equipment lifecycles, including endoscope repair, biomedical preventive maintenance, pre-owned equipment sales, and asset disposition. The coordinator keeps client accounts and device logistics moving, leads account-based field projects, and supports the sales team with documentation and client-facing work. The role also provides exposure to facility walkthroughs, job scoping, and quoting alongside Territory Managers.

What you'll do

• Transport endoscopes and other medical devices between client facilities and repair/service operations
• coordinate equipment deinstalls, inventory audits, and onsite assessments
• assist with facility walkthroughs, job scoping, and quotes alongside the sales team
• conduct inventory counts
• support sales logistics, documentation, and client-facing tasks
• maintain records and communicate updates using Microsoft Office
• assist with operational tasks as needed.
