What you'll do

• Welcome clients and explain the process in English or Spanish
• open PIP, bodily injury, property damage, and UM claims
• send representation letters and confirm coverage
• arrange treatment and track progress
• gather reports, photos, witness information, and surveillance video
• communicate with adjusters
• update clients
• collect medical records, bills, and lien information
• draft demand letters
• maintain case-management records and stage checklists.
