What you'll do

• Learn the Adaptiv platform architecture, configurations, batch processes, calculations, and integrations
• monitor production processing and system health
• diagnose and resolve job failures and data issues
• participate in an on-call or operational support rotation as required
• maintain and configure platform components
• perform upgrades, patching, and tuning
• improve monitoring, error handling, and recoverability
• automate operational tasks
• conduct root-cause analysis
• collaborate with internal teams and vendors
• document workflows and operational runbooks.
