What you'll do

• Assess, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient and family education, and transitions of care.
• Provide holistic, individualized care and coordinate an interdisciplinary plan that considers psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Maintain collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with patients, support groups, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• The listing requires three years of experience, recent ambulatory surgery or endoscopy experience, California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and EPIC experience.
