E-Trading Risk and Controls (ETRC) is a First-Line risk team which is part of the Global Markets COO function. ETRC works with Global Markets E-Trading businesses, CAOs and second-line functions to implement the E-Trading Risk Framework. Key responsibilities include:. Real-Time Monitoring of Citi’s algorithmic trading activities for signs of disorderly trading from a cross-asset perspective.
