What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across healthcare technology, IT, cybersecurity, sales, account management, and other functions
• partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements
• develop sourcing strategies
• source and assess candidates
• conduct structured screens
• coordinate interviews and assessments
• maintain talent pipelines and applicant tracking records
• create inclusive job postings
• advise leaders on talent markets and recruiting risks
• prepare and extend offers
• track outcomes and recommend process improvements
• build college relationships and represent the company at events
• follow employment laws and data privacy requirements.
