• Designs and delivers evidence-based education, orientation, and preceptorship programs.
• Rounds and evaluates clinical practice to monitor patient progress and adherence to trauma standards.
• Collaborates with leaders and teams to implement best practices.
• Coordinates and tracks trauma education activities.
