Responsibilities include the following:. Perform seasonal preventive maintenance on split and roof top package HVAC equipment. This includes changing filters, cleaning coils, clearing drains, and performing checks in both heating and cooling. Complete all customer service and administrative paperwork accurately and in a timely manner according to company policies.
