The Maintenance Manager, SunRiver role is onsite in Saint George, UT. Compensation is $32–$33 per hour. PMP Management provides association management services to communities and supports SunRiver’s shared facilities and amenities.

What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance operations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility projects
• supervise and schedule maintenance technicians
• manage work orders, vendors, contracts, and project timelines
• inspect buildings and amenities
• maintain records and schedules
• oversee pool systems and vendors
• perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry work
• and respond to residents’ maintenance concerns.
