What you'll do

• recommend HVAC replacement solutions suited to the home and budget
• explain equipment options, financing, warranties, maintenance agreements, and promotions
• prepare estimates and proposals
• follow up with customers
• coordinate with installation teams
• maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM
• and work toward sales goals while supporting customer satisfaction.
