What you'll do

• Provide case management for assigned guests
• conduct assessments, individual counseling, group facilitation, and teaching
• coordinate internal and external services
• maintain guest records in Mission Tracker
• communicate with facility and community partners
• prepare and conduct classes if serving in an addiction recovery facility
• attend required training and meetings
• maintain counseling certification. Occasional community representation may be required
• mentoring other counselors may be required.
