Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks on kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and infrastructure
• diagnose and repair equipment and facility issues
• coordinate specialized repairs with vendors
• maintain fixtures and structural components
• conduct safety inspections and address hazards
• maintain safety equipment
• track supplies and inventory
• record maintenance activities
• communicate with restaurant management and staff
• assist with projects and installations as needed.
