What you'll do

• Coordinate daily work in progress and schedule resources
• enter labor hours
• communicate with customers, coordinators, and sales representatives about scheduling, quotes, and repairs
• track service work and machine information
• prepare service quotes
• maintain work documentation and reports
• process customer payments and purchase orders
• coordinate opening and closing work orders
• support safety and company policies.
