What you'll do

• Open the provider's home to an individual with a disability and provide care and support
• encourage and teach skill development to promote independence
• provide transportation as needed
• complete required training
• participate in application interviews and a home walkthrough
• maintain proof of auto and homeowners' or renters' insurance
• undergo required background checks for applicable household members.
