What you'll do

• Develop and prepare soups, salads, and entrees using seasonal, local, and organic ingredients and accommodating varied dietary preferences. Follow production sheets, recipes, food rotation, dating, and storage procedures
• maintain food displays and coffee service

• monitor food costs and minimize waste
• keep cooking equipment clean and sanitary
• communicate production, ordering, equipment, or staffing needs to the supervisor.
