The Automotive Customer Engagement Specialist role is onsite in Andover, MA, with compensation of $22–$25 per hour plus commission opportunities. Automotive Elegance is a family-owned automotive protection company focused on quality and customer experience. This role welcomes clients, helps them understand and select services, and coordinates the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery. It supports smooth service operations by communicating with installation and management teams and following up with prospective and existing customers.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
• build client relationships and help customers choose services
• prepare estimates, process invoices, and coordinate vehicle appointments
• assist with vehicle drop-offs, walk-arounds, and deliveries
• communicate with installation and management teams
• follow up with prospective and existing customers
• maintain an organized showroom. Vehicle photography and social media assistance may occur occasionally.
