Job overview
The Business Development Manager is a hybrid role based in Paradise Valley, AZ. The role offers a base salary of $75,000 with an OTE of $175,000–$250,000, supporting ECAM's mission to provide innovative security technology. This role exists to drive new business growth for ECAM's security solutions. The manager is responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative discovery to negotiation and closing, while partnering with operations to ensure customer success.
