What you'll do

• Serve as a senior integration partner to A&S leadership
• coordinate across mission, acquisition, and technical stakeholders
• translate strategic direction into executable objectives and roadmaps
• maintain integrated views of priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions
• manage the program backlog
• coordinate Cadre-supported activities
• develop decision-ready options and executive reporting
• establish operating rhythms
• drive unresolved issues toward closure
• capture and share execution lessons.
