Leasing Consultant — Manor Village

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Washington, DC, and pays $22–$25 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. At Manor Village, the role supports leasing operations and service for prospective and current residents. The position helps maintain occupancy and resident experience by guiding applicants through leasing and affordable-housing requirements, keeping records compliant, and coordinating resident transitions.

What you'll do

• Conduct apartment tours
• respond to leasing inquiries
• process applications and housing packets
• verify documentation and assist with eligibility reviews
• maintain waiting lists and audit-ready files
• coordinate move-ins, lease signings, recertifications, transfers, and move-outs
• support residents and occupancy goals
• and partner with management on Fair Housing and affordable-housing compliance.
