The Principal Operational Readiness Engineer role is onsite in Livingston, NJ. The base salary range is $198,000–$264,000 per year. The role supports CoreWeave’s mission-critical data center infrastructure portfolio, which provides capacity for AI and high-performance computing workloads. This senior technical leader reviews data center projects across design, construction, commissioning, fit-out, and operational handoff to identify execution and readiness gaps. The role drives corrective and recovery plans and coordinates with internal teams and contractors so projects meet technical and operational standards and can transition successfully into operations.

What you'll do

• Review active projects for gaps in design validation, construction coordination, turnover readiness, and quality assurance
• assess infrastructure systems and commissioning against requirements and standards
• identify risks and drive corrective, mitigation, and recovery plans
• coordinate with design, construction, operations, network engineering, commissioning, and contractors
• review project documentation and monitor dependencies, sequencing, and critical paths
• validate readiness and resolve issues before operational handoff.
