Job overview
The Youth Leader role is onsite in Laguna Hills, CA, with morning or afternoon schedules Monday through Friday. Pay is $19.00–$21.50 per hour. Strategic Kids supports students through engaging after-school programs. This role helps create a safe, inclusive learning environment for K–8 students by supervising groups, leading enrichment activities, supporting homework and lessons, and encouraging positive social-emotional development.
What you'll do
- Supervise and engage groups of up to 20 K–8 students
- lead enrichment activities, games, and academic support in STEM, arts, and physical education
- assist with lesson plans and homework
- use positive behavior strategies
- communicate with staff and families
