What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent
• review requests for proposals, requests for quotes, and other technical and administrative documents
• prepare material takeoffs
• estimate labor, material, equipment, and other project costs
• oversee daily operations and report on materials and crew requirements
• determine crews and production rates
• break work into definable tasks
• build relationships with skilled labor, subcontractors, and partners.
