What you'll do

• Manage customer accounts from new sales through policy reviews and day-to-day service
• identify coverage gaps and recommend additional lines
• serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers
• generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up
• answer policy, billing, and coverage-change questions
• book appointments and guide prospects through the sales process
• maintain activity, pipeline, and customer records
• meet weekly and monthly sales and service targets
• earn required insurance licenses.
