What you'll do

• Create and optimize job postings
• source, screen, and qualify candidates
• manage applicant tracking system workflows and recruiting metrics
• use AI tools and automation while maintaining personalized candidate communication
• coordinate interviews and candidate handoffs
• help build Advosy Academy and training programs
• develop learning and onboarding materials
• coordinate training delivery and track completion
• prepare offer and new-hire paperwork
• coordinate background checks, drug screens, I-9s, and E-Verify
• maintain confidential employee records
• coordinate offboarding and compliance processes.
