What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and support REST and SOAP integrations
• translate requirements into solutions
• build authentication, authorization, and data-mapping logic
• monitor performance and resolve errors
• coordinate with TMS, WMS, ERP, and EDI teams
• document specifications and runbooks
• support onboarding and go-live testing
• troubleshoot across systems
• support security and compliance
• participate in code reviews and process improvements
• track work in Jira and Freshservice.

Why this role
