Environmental, Health & Safety Business Unit Manager

Job overview

The Environmental, Health & Safety Business Unit Manager is an onsite role in Acton, MA, with annual compensation of $95,000–$120,000. The position oversees NQA’s EH&S audit and certification programs, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. The role leads the unit’s strategy, budget, personnel, operations, accreditation, client work, and business development. It works with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other NQA teams to manage and grow the EH&S offerings.

What you'll do

• Develop business-unit strategy and growth initiatives
• contribute to annual budget planning and deployment
• direct and support marketing and sales with business development
• coordinate content creation and review with Marketing
• represent the unit through industry committees, publications, speaking events, conferences, and trade shows
• support lead generation, quotations, proposals, and regional sales.
