What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• maintain dishwashing and kitchen areas
• operate dishwashing machines
• and follow proper chemical, waste-disposal, sanitation, and safety procedures. Support basic food preparation and the back-of-house team as needed.
