Helper A / Maintenance Technician — Overnight Shift

The Helper A / Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with a typical shift from 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., Sunday through Friday morning. Pay is $27.23 per hour. The role supports facility maintenance and engineering operations for tenants, staff, and visitors.

What you'll do

• Maintain and clean mechanical, electrical, and shop areas
• repair buildings, utilities, grounds, and equipment
• conduct utility and equipment tests
• record data in building logbooks and required records
• coordinate parts and supplies
• perform routine maintenance and administrative tasks
• follow facility and engineering safety programs
• communicate with property management, tenants, and staff.
