What you'll do
- Read equipment manuals and work orders
- prepare machinery for production and assist with changeovers
- complete work orders and preventive maintenance on building and facility systems
- perform lubrication tasks
- assist with heating and cooling troubleshooting and repairs
- use Redzone to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, sensors, and breakdowns
- follow USDA, GMP, SQF, OSHA, and lockout/tagout requirements
- identify replacement parts
- complete assigned sanitation tasks
- assist with rebuilds and overhauls
- maintain forklift and pallet jack certification.
