What you'll do

• Guide technical activities on the production line
• train team members on production processes, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation
• troubleshoot process, equipment, and documentation issues
• monitor non-conformance reports and coordinate disposition with engineers
• identify tools needing calibration or compliance updates
• assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• support new product and process introductions.
