What you'll do

• Assist clients and instructors in person, by email, and by phone
• answer calls and questions and respond to emails
• process sales and retail transactions
• maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby, and studio
• assist with opening and closing duties
• greet and check in clients
• sell memberships and class packages
• use the AXLE CRM with the General Manager or Owner-Operator to facilitate new sales
• restock inventory as needed.
