Shipping Assistant

The Shipping Assistant role is onsite in Fort McCoy, FL. Compensation is $17–$24 per hour. The position supports shipping and receiving operations at Fort McCoy Meat LLC. The assistant processes incoming and outgoing orders, maintains stockroom organization, and helps coordinate shipments and inventory records. The role also moves products between storage, production, loading docks, and trucks, and helps address shipping issues and customer complaints with the team lead.

What you'll do

• Receive, register, and distribute deliveries and packages
• organize, clean, and catalog stockroom items
• schedule large shipments and plan for storage and staffing needs
• prepare shipping and receiving reports
• troubleshoot shipping, inventory, and customer issues with the team lead
• package and move goods
• operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
