What you'll do

• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
• stock and manage assigned stations
• follow cooking methods, portion sizes, kitchen rules, and quality standards
• coordinate timing so food is served together and promptly
• clean and sanitize the workstation
• store, rotate, and manage food products
• and comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety requirements.
