What you'll do

• Process daily termination reports for final pay in immediate-pay states
• manage payroll data processing, configuration, and reconciliation with external payroll or financial systems
• manage payroll tax, audit, and reporting requirements
• coordinate year-end W-2 processing
• prepare payroll financial reports
• communicate payroll policies and procedures
• process garnishments
• and prepare off-cycle or on-demand checks as requested.
