What you'll do

• Operate industrial, band, and circular saws to cut metal to specified dimensions
• interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• measure and mark materials
• verify material type, dimensions, and quantities
• inspect incoming materials and report concerns
• inspect completed cuts
• perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and equipment inspections.
