The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Downey, CA; services may be delivered at assigned client locations. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. Ohana Behavioral Group’s clinical team provides direct ABA services to children and adolescents. The RBT implements individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision, collects behavioral data, and supports communication, social, adaptive, and other developmental skills. The role contributes to client progress through consistent, documented, and ethical care in collaboration with families and the treatment team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one ABA services according to individualized treatment plans
• implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs
• collect and record session data
• use clinically indicated ABA interventions
• support communication, social, play, adaptive, and self-help skills
• follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• participate in supervision and training
• communicate with supervisors, caregivers, and treatment-team members
• complete clinical documentation
• maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
