CNC Swiss Operator

The CNC Swiss Operator role is onsite in Circle Pines, MN, with compensation of $23–$24.50 per hour. The posting describes a first-shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM, in a production manufacturing environment. The operator runs and adjusts Swiss CNC machines to produce parts that meet production and quality requirements. The role supports consistent output through in-process inspection, tool changes, maintenance, and adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate Citizen L12 and/or L20 Swiss CNC machines
• run production and deburr parts as required
• change broken or dull tools and perform offsets
• inspect parts during production and record inspection data
• use microscopes, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, and calipers
• read layouts, job travelers, and blueprints
• apply GD&T
• follow manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
• perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean work area
• participate in continuous improvement activities.
